the night before christmas

The most exciting night of the year! We had butterflies in our stomachs as we prepped Santa's milk and treats supply and danced around to Christmas music.

Thank goodness my mom was here to make some yummy treats (otherwise we would've picked up some donuts for santa like last year) ;)

Max didn't want to share his carrots with Rudolf

While my Dad played some Christmas tunes, Sydney and Max snuck off to rearrange the "ABC door". We need to make the house presentable for Santa, after all.

As is tradition, we each opened up a gift before going to bed.

The best present of all - one that Tommy wished for - was that Max FINALLY learned to walk! Sixteen months old...better late than never! He's now waddling around like a pro.
