We had a sweet little gathering in our home Sunday evening with family as we blessed Noah. He's a big 4-month-old chunker by now, but I guess it's never too late. :) It was great to have both my parents and Tommy's parents in town. The blessing was touching and left me feeling so lucky to have this little guy in our family.

it's so nice having Kathleen nearby (she's so talented behind the camera!) so I can hand her my camera at any moment :)

This is what Noah looks like most of the time. Snug as a bug in a swaddle rug. And he scratches at his face non-stop, no matter how carefully I swaddle and trim his nails. Poor guy. But he never looks bothered. He's a cheerful little chap.

Sydney is always nearby for a cuddle.

We've been on a banana bread fever. I'm trying to find the yummiest and healthiest recipe. But apparently those two combined are trickier to find than you'd think.

And everybody needs a Big Boy Potty picture. Max has been a champ at this for a while now.

Playing all day, exploring the 5 acres of Nana and Papa's property, playing with the dogs, swinging, riding in Papa's truck, riding bikes, and playing with cousins.

Papa tells them these trees are Bert and Ernie, and they talk to each other when we're not there.
