I love summer. I love how it feels both lazy and busy. But busy with fun and sun and play. And the best part of the whole summer? Celebrating this great country with bbq's and fireworks and friends.

we found a new tradition we're going to keep - going to Thanksgiving Point to lay out lawn chairs and blankets to watch the big firework show. It was such a fun place with a huge, endless lawn and lots of booths with food, games, and toys for sale. All the kids ran around playing and lighting small fireworks while we waited for the show to start.
